Dia Bukan Jodoh Dari Tuhan
Kita berasa kita mampu menjaga dia dengan baik kerana kita menyayangi dia. Kemudian kita merayu-rayu kepada Tuhan agar ‘bukakan lah pintu hatinya untukku’ walhal sudah jelas hatinya tertutup kerana ketentuan Tuhan begitu. Kalau dia jodoh dari Tuhan pasti segala-galanya sudah selesai. Dia dah pun jadi milik kita. Ada juga di antara kita meminta kepada  alam semesta, ‘angin sampaikan salam rindu’ atau ‘langit kiranya dia merenungmu katakan aku cinta padanya’ dan macam-macam lagilah kalau kita sudah kena angau cinta. Kemudian apabila kita tak ditakdirkan hidup bersama dia, kita mendengar orang menenteramkan hati kita, ‘kau akan bertemu orang yang lebih baik lagi’ padahal hakikatnya dialah yang terbaik ditemui selepas dua tiga orang kita temui sebelumnya, jadi siapa lagi yang lebih baik? Atau pernah dengar kata-kata ini, ‘doakan dia bahagia’ huh, mana mungkin hati kecewa kita mahu jujur mendoakan kebaikan mereka. Tadikan kita dah konfiden akan lebih sayang dan kononnya terbaik untuknya pada setiap sudut. Hati pasti akan terlintas tengoklah, apa akan jadi akan datang—Bagi yang memilih cantik, cantik itu akan luntur, yang memilih kurus, kurus boleh jadi gemuk, yang memilih kaya, kaya boleh jadi papa. Ada dendam kesumat di situ. Walhal, kita tak sedar pada kuasa cinta. Bagi yang bercinta seperti dia pastinya akan menerima seadanya jodoh pilihannya—Biar yang cantik boleh luntur, yang kurus jadi gemuk atau yang kaya jadi papa.
